Start Pilot Gas

I have a T4 1.9d from 1995.

My Van has new glow plugs ( 6 months old ) My Van has a new starter motor. My Van has a new Dynamo.

However over the last 2 months my Van only starts in the morning if I use Start Pilot gas.

Once it has started it is fine for the whole day,starts quickly without problem all day long.

If the weather is not cold or damp then my Van starts every morning.

My question is ? is there a major problem developing in my engine ? or is there something simple that needs fixed ?

The headliner lights, they burn?

This door switch controls the glow relais.

your hose from the tank?i had a 1900td and he had the same problem .my delivery hose from the tank had a little leak ,zo he taken air by start and my fuel not be taken.

Maybe you can have a look at the little black box placed just before the battery?
It contains fuses and there might be one broken.
